Honeycomb Impact is a philanthropic advisory firm guiding wealth towards repair. We partner with first-time donors, multigenerational families, and mission-driven organizations seeking to transform philanthropic intentions into courageous, justice-driven action.

We envision wealth moving like nectar through a thriving hive, circulating with care, accountability, and purpose. Our approach empowers clients to be active participants in reversing the underinvestment in communities of color and equips them to become meaningful partners to organizations and movements driving social change.

Together, we mobilize wealth in reparative, relational, and regenerative ways so resources reach the frontlines.

Who We Are

Close-up portrait of a smiling Constance Paige-Young with shoulder-length locks, wearing a navy blue top, against a wooden background.
Simone Hassan-Bey with dark wavy hair, light brown skin, wearing a light-colored blouse with pearl buttons and gold hoop earrings, standing in front of a wooden-paneled wall.
  • Constance Paige Young is a philanthropic advisor and strategist who brings a rare blend of global expertise and lived courage: a former Goldman Sachs contractor, United Nations consultant, and Peace Corps volunteer, she also survived the Charlottesville car attack, emerging as a trusted voice for resilience and repair.

Her advocacy extends beyond philanthropy. After surviving a sexual assault, Constance Paige fought relentlessly for justice; her efforts helped secure three convictions and inspired the creation of a new law to advance women's and children’s safety. This experience cemented her belief that systemic change is not optional but urgent and, more importantly, possible.

She is recognized for her ability to navigate wealth redistribution with clarity, strategy, and integrity. Her track record includes shaping donor commitments in reproductive justice, racial equity, and other community-led solutions.

Constance loves zydeco music, old hound dogs, and can probably make the best crawfish étouffée you’ve ever had.

  • Simone Hassan-Bey champions authentic social good through strategic communications and restorative philanthropy. Her practice focuses on guiding high-net-wealth individuals, couples, family philanthropies, and donor communities committed to redistributing their resources untethered for social change.

Guided by the spirit of Ubuntu, “I am because we are,” her approach catalyzes personal growth, builds organizational capacity, and helps participants tell their stories while ensuring alignment between core values and tangible action.

Simone graduated summa cum laude from the University of Albany, earning a bachelor of science in business administration with concentrations in marketing and management. She is a certificated Daylight Impact Philanthropy Advisor.

Our Practice

Honeybees flourish through collaboration. We work with people ready to give the same way: beyond transactional charity, toward solidarity rooted in relationship, trust, and the long arc of repair. We make room for discomfort and joy because real change requires both.

We begin with your motivations — the stories, beliefs, and unspoken questions that shape how you give. Through reflective exercises, guided conversations, and experienced counsel, we help you name what matters most, so your philanthropy is sharper, braver, and aligned with the world you want to help build.

We help you identify the social justice leaders and grassroots movements whose work reflects your values, and cultivate partnerships built on trust, curiosity, and deep respect for the people closest to the work. We stay in those relationships for the long haul, practicing mutual accountability and learning alongside the leaders we support.

This is philanthropy as a path to repair. A way of giving that doesn't just move money, but moves us all toward something more just.
