Who we are

Honeycomb Impact is a philanthropic advisory firm guiding wealth towards repair. We partner with individuals, families, and organizations ready to transform philanthropic intentions into courageous, justice-driven action.

We envision wealth circulating like nectar in a thriving hive. It’s consciously mobilized to advance justice, collective healing, and liberation led by those most directly impacted. When resources move with intention and accountability, they strengthen movements and help communities repair generations of harm and build toward a just future.

Together, we mobilize wealth in reparative, relational, and regenerative ways so resources reach the frontlines.

Co-founders

Simone Hassan-Bey with dark wavy hair, light brown skin, wearing a light-colored blouse with pearl buttons and gold hoop earrings, standing in front of a wooden-paneled wall.
  • Constance Paige Young is a philanthropic advisor and strategist who brings a rare blend of global expertise and lived courage: a former Goldman Sachs contractor, United Nations consultant, and Peace Corps volunteer, she also survived the Charlottesville car attack, emerging as a trusted voice for resilience and repair.

Her advocacy extends beyond philanthropy. After surviving a sexual assault, Constance Paige fought relentlessly for justice; her efforts helped secure three convictions and inspired the creation of a new law to advance women's and children’s safety. This experience cemented her belief that systemic change is not optional but urgent and, more importantly, possible.

She is recognized for her ability to navigate wealth redistribution with clarity, strategy, and integrity. Her track record includes shaping donor commitments in reproductive justice, racial equity, and other community-led solutions.

Constance loves zydeco music, old hound dogs, and can probably make the best crawfish étouffée you’ve ever had.

  • Simone Hassan-Bey champions authentic social good through strategic communications and restorative philanthropy. Her practice focuses on guiding high-net-wealth individuals, couples, family philanthropies, and donor communities committed to redistributing their resources untethered for social change.

Guided by the spirit of Ubuntu, “I am because we are,” her approach catalyzes personal growth, builds organizational capacity, and helps participants tell their stories while ensuring alignment between core values and tangible action.

Simone graduated summa cum laude from the University of Albany, earning a bachelor of science in business administration with concentrations in marketing and management. She is a certificated Daylight Impact Philanthropy Advisor.

Our Practice

Honeybees flourish through collaboration. Likewise, we support those ready to move beyond transactional giving toward solidarity rooted in relationship, trust, and interconnection. Our practice makes room for discomfort and joy because real change requires both.

We help clients turn sporadic donations into steady, impactful support.  With courage, trust, and adaptability, we ensure resources reach the people leading change when they’re needed.

We partner in deep solidarity and mutual accountability with donors and movement leaders - breaking down barriers and reimagining philanthropy as a path to repair. We prioritize learning, transparency, and transformative relationships, not just transactions.

Our Offerings

Donor Advising

Our approach is rooted in local, regional, and rural strategies and strengthened by deep partnerships with those most impacted by injustice. We design and nurture funding portfolios that prioritize direct support for movements led by Black, Indigenous, people of color, gender-expansive leaders, and others historically excluded from traditional philanthropy.

Grants and Family Office Management

We relieve partners of administrative and logistical burdens by designing efficient, dignified systems that prioritize authentic relationships, shared learning, and values-aligned giving. We design our systems to redistribute resources responsibly and make giving accessible, responsive, and accountable.
